They have a well designed, simple, universal mount that has so far worked great on various sized monitors from the thin to the few inches thick. ZERO bloatware (a problem in the past with Logitech et al).

No need for a install CD, just plug them in and Windows will optionally update them automatically. First there is next to no installation if you have Windows 7 or above.
